I really liked this list of pitfalls. There were two that really stood out to me being that my startup was in a similar situation:
1) Wasting money on tools - There’s so many tools out there and they all claim to have the secret sauce. Run lean and stick with the must have tools for your business.
2) Underestimating the power of networking - This is huge!! Learn from others mistakes so you can avoid them at all costs.
