Alex Lierberman is most likely THE most famous Founder in the newsletter space. He built The Morning Brew and it showed the tech space that B2B newsletters can be a great channel for growth.
Here he shows steps on how to build a “Life Map” to add structure to his life. It could be a great way to plan, especially as a Founder when multiple things are going on all the time.

Sleep is important for anyone, especially when you’re steering the ship. I remember reading one of Tim Ferriss’s books and him stressing how important it was to fly first class if you’re traveling overseas to pitch your startup.
Here, Huberman shares how timing light exposure can help you adjust your sleep schedule like when you’re traveling.
Personally, I perform way better when I’m well rested. I saved this thread to keep for the future.

So it IS possible to turn a side project into a profitable venture?! 😂
JK but seriously, this is a great Founder story on how this guy built Plenty of Fish, crushed SEO and exited for half a billion dollars.
Love how simple he kept the data he was focused on too. If you find an true North Star run with it.
