Timing is crucial in entrepreneurship. Pivoting too early may lead to abandoning a promising idea, while pivoting too late can exhaust resources. Successful founders persist through challenges, making improvements until it’s evident that fundamental issues, like user retention, can't be resolved.
Oana nailed it! The key is recognizing when the spark is missing. If it’s not there, give yourself permission to let go, allowing the team to pivot. Quickly discard bad ideas to focus on the promising ones!

This one hit home. There will be days when you feel like you’re building something truly significant and impactful, a project that resonates with your values and aspirations. On those days, the enthusiasm and motivation to push forward can be immense.
However, there will also be days when doubt creeps in, leading you to question whether you made a monumental mistake in pursuing this endeavor. It’s important to recognize that both feelings are part of the journey. Embrace the moments of uncertainty as they can lead to growth and clarity. No matter how challenging it gets, keep pushing forward and continue to build. Your perseverance will ultimately shape your vision into reality.
